Drag and drop speed dial folders to better order.

I have purchased a new laptop and of course installed Opera. Unlike my last one and my PC i cannot move my speed dial folders they are ordered in the way they were made. This is very annoying. How can I drag the folders to where i want them please.

What exactly are you trying to do? here I can change speed dials order without problems.
