we want a list and add websites to it so it won't open with vpn

if i want to open my social account and google and all that by my actual ip address so i add those websites(ips) to have it disabled by vpn automatically

and it be closed by default on check for updates page (without adding it the the list)
so that it will be more fast and no need for vpn on updating opera browser and thanks for great Job
