Colour change to all browser windows

There has been a sudden change in display colours for instance this should be being shown in Black but its a violet colour and hard to read.
Running windows 10 on an I7 intel system, this colour change is affecting Opera not any other browser or program?????

Violet? Hmm ... do you have something like Stylish installed - an extension to change how web pages look? Otherwise it shouldn't be possible.
