On fb page, videos don't have cast button, even with enable chromecast support in settings.

Of course ' nobody knows ' means ' nobody in this forum know, at least those who have read this topic already'.

Try using an extension to change the user agent to Chrome's and see if it helps.

Sorry, but, you mean to use Chrome, or to use extension for Chrome in Opera? I don't understand completely the sentence. And if yes, what extension do that?

An extension to change the user agent. You can find a few in the add-ons store.

Choose one, install it, set it to use Chrome's user agent, check Facebook.

Is there a way to make Opera to cast videos from facebook, without user agent? Or does it depend entirely on facebook?
