Twitch.tv - weird audio pitching.

Hello!

For some time now, I've had this weird problem watching Twitch. The audio gets this "effect" that I've never hear digitally before. It sounds like an old / worn out VHS or Casette-tape where the audio would usually pitch up and down.

It fixes itself by pausing and then starting the stream again, but why would this even happen in the first place?

I have the exact same problem have you found a fix yet? As a daily twitch watcher its pretty annoying
