Cannot manage passwords

The instructions for managing passwords does not correspond to my Mac - OSHighSierra 10.13.6 - the Preferences do not include Advanced and the Show Password Manager does not permit the Mac to save passwords. Thus, I have to sign in to Twitter every day as well as other frequently visited sites.

@alchemistoxford You are probably seeing an old page for an old version of Opera. Try using F1 or menu > help.

Passwords manager are in settings page.
