hi i have two pc one of this pc i have on it many websites password and when i open my second pc i did't find my old passwords , how i can export my passwords from the first pc to second one or how i can fix this

yes at advance sync i mark on bookmarket and history and passwords

There you should find a tool to export your passwords.

with the first pc i can see all my passwords on websites with auto sign in and at passwords manager but on the new pc i can't see the password

i mean with two pc
i have one pc but two hard disk
so i remove one and conact the second hard disk

For this Passwords problem, you could use the NirSoft Chrome Pass dumper, then type each one in Opera and sync or use any Passwords Manager and they will be available in any browser and device (Cloud/Extensions/Mobile Apps).
I think it will help...
