How do i download opera x86 on x64 system?

@model Use the 32 bits version, it should take you to the x86 version. Or maybe you can just let it auto-update.

But why using a 32 bits version in a 64 bits system?

Remembering that softwares should be downloaded from its author's page and that do it from third parties may be a risk.

@leocg I can't use windows 10 32 bit to install video games. I used to use chrome, 32 bit uses less ram. I don't want to bother you every time the new version of opera comes out.

See the Windows (offline) download under "Opera Stable" in the Latest Downloads section at https://blogs.opera.com/desktop/. Or, look in ftp://ftp.opera.com/pub/opera/desktop/ for the latest version, go into the folder, goto "win" and download the non-x64 setup.

ftp links are not secure because they can be redirected on isp equipment in some places in the world. Instead use:
https://ftp.opera.com/

The other http links should convert to https automatically
