Option to disable "Scroll on tab click"

In latest dev (56.0.3026.0) option (flag) to disable this horrible behavior is gone (or at least I couldn't find it), thereby I request this option (disabling scroll on tab click) reinstated. Thank you!

Yeah, I don't see it anywhere. Definitely needs to be fixed.
Probably have to manually edit the Local State file for the time being and add/set scroll-on-active-tab-on-click to 2 under Browser -> Flags. You can look in Opera Stable's Local State with the flag disabled to see how it should be.

Look for "Scroll on active tab on tab clicked" (in Developer anyway) ... in Stable it is opera://flags/#scroll-on-active-tab-on-click (in Flags)
