Opened a tab that crashed Opera, now it keeps crashing on each boot

So does Opera have any way to start that skips restoring tabs, something like a command-line flag or a settings file that could be changed offline?
All I can find searching online is a setting you have to have Opera open to even change.
(a setting that doesn't even appear to work right for us, but that's a separate concern.
)Please advise?
