linuxmint7 last edited byWell, with the 'Phone' layout selected in 'Setting' it give you the maximum viewing area, plus when you scroll down a page (swipe up) the top tool bar scrolls up the page too, thus giving you a full-screen viewing area for web content.

linuxmint7 last edited bythis is not full screen mode Well, what UI elements are visible on-screen when using the 'Phone' layout ?. I don't see any, apart from the tool bar just after the page loads and just before scrolling the page. Looks like full-screen to me, even though it doesn't have a labelled menu/settings item/option labelled as such.

linuxmint7 last edited byYes, in settings, turn off 'Status bar'. But you can still view/access the status/notification bar by doing a quick swipe down from the top of the screen.
