Opera Stable 64 bit 54.0.2952.54 Potable

Affects Both Win 8.1/10

Note - Does not affect Beta nor Dev Current
Not tested the regular installed yet..

When this Flag (New md settings) is Enabled Ya can not see the text..

Note - in beta & dev default is called Default (E) instead of Default (D) in 54
if that helps..

Note - This was the same thing that was happening back 2 month ago in the Opera Dev 55.0.2962.0

but was Fixed in the next update @ that time..

@nvmjustagirl Maybe that is one of the reasons for the flag to be disabled by default?

but the main between opera 's default setting and the flag enabled is this new setting.. i like
