Can't find VPN button in privacy window

Dear all,

I haven't been able to find the VPN button for when I keep going through a private window. I've restarted my browser, but I can't find the button.

@subarusvx VPN is not available in China, so maybe it's the case.

By the way, I remember someone in the same situation posted in some other topic.

I thought Hong Kong wasn't in the great firewall?
