Saved bookmarks no longer save correctly to bookmark bar

Description: I have my bookmarks bar set to appear below the address/search bar. Normally in the past when I would save new bookmarks, it would immediately save to the first space/farthest left of the bar for each new bookmark. Now, when I try to save one, it instead goes all the way to the bottom of the bookmarks, or bottom of whatever folder I add it to, and it's driving me nuts.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open page I want to bookmark
2. Click heart to 'Save to Bookmarks'
3. Choose to save to bookmarks bar (or subsequent folder on bookmarks bar)

Actual result: Goes all the way to the bottom and I have to scroll forever to find it and put it back to the top of the list of bookmarks.

Expected result: For it to snap to the first space on the farthest left of the bar.

@dragonchica89 As already discussed, it's not a bug but the new behavior introduced due to several requests by users. IN fact it's the original behavior brought back.
