How do you import opera passwords from presto versions of Opera and how do you use/store them in Opera 21+?

The only way is by creating a new profile for Opera 21. Run it once with the parameter "--presto-small-prefs-dir=ROAMING_PROFILE_DIR" without the quotes and with the correct path to Opera Presto's profile folder.
I don't know if they've fixed something regarding this but the password importer used to not be very good, so you may lead to passwords not working on some sites fater the import.
To use a stored password, juts go to a login page.
