Why Opera for Android doesn't comes with My Flow?

Why this feature has only been added to Opera Touch and not to the proper Opera browser for Android? It really doesn't makes any sense to install 3-4 internet browsing app and that too of same company. Add My Flow feature to Opera for Android also.

How many different apps Opera wants me to download? Tomorrow they will release another app called Opera History and will remove history feature from regular app? How far will this go?
