Opera 54.0, how to turn off "News" Feed

I have seen a number of requests to turn this off, with "its in easy setup or setting" as the answer.
I keep missing it, please can someone give me a dummies guide to how to turn this trash off..?

@crazycatz69 If you open Easy Setup, you should see the option to enable news on start page. If not, go to settings page and enable advanced settings.
