Passwords sync beteen Opera for PC and Opera for Android, is an useful option that no exist. Why? I'm thinking move to Chrome, only for this cause.

In that sense, you should probably be asking in the Android forum. You can sync passwords between two desktop versions (say, work and home) but not between two mobile versions (perhaps phone and tablet). so, it is the Android side which is the problem.
