Disable auto-playing videos

I don't know if it's possible for Opera to implement something like this, but as far as data savings go I would really benefit a lot from being able to block auto playing videos. I don't have Internet where I live anymore and I have limited mobile data, so a site pulling auto-playing videos (which is terriby common side the world runs on broadband) makes it where I can never use that site because they will have an obscene data footprint that is 100% wasteful.

I'm a longtime user of Opera and I'd really like to hear that the devs could help me on this one. Please do everything you can to make Opera better!

Chromium itself is already implementing this, which means within a couple of versions Opera will have it without their developers actually doing anything.
