No "enable VPN" option at all.

I cannot find "Enable VPN" option throughout the settings, why? I am using 54.0.2952.41 portable version on windows 10 64 bit. Because I am in China? Or because I place opera program on SD card?

@tryyoung Yes, VPN is not available in China as already said before.
