cant check for updates or use the installer without VPN

if i try to check for updates without VPN it say " An error occurred while checking for updates "
the installer too dont work without VPN i need to turn VPN on to install opera

@m7mod22 It probably means that access to Opera's servers are being blocked.

Try the offline installer.
