VPN Location Mislabeling

Clicking on the Blue VPN Icon displays four options; "Optimum Location", "Americas", "Asia", "Europe". However, suspicion is raised given the closeness of the IP addresses. Those suspicions were confirmed when utilizing any number of IP location trackers; most appear to indicate that any of the above locations are traceable to "Europe/Vaduz". Why the discrpancy?
