Where is Zoom?

Help says 'You can zoom in or out from the main menu. Click the left or right arrows next to the word Zoom.' But where is the word "Zoom" ?

@ronn In the menu, that will show up when you click on the Opera icon at the top left or by pressing the Alt key.
