Site detecting wrong country when VPN is turned on

I use OPera vpn. This works not good. If I choose USA, an address will be given in Germany. The same if I choose Asia. I do tests with http://cqcounter.com/whois/

@insp1 If you go to https://www.iplocation.net/ with the VPN turned on, you will see that different geolocation providers give different information about the location of that IP address.
