I can't login to my Opera account on my Opera browser. Obviously it is correct or I couldn't post here. That means I can't sync anything to my new install (or my other installs).

AccountsAPIError:ouauth2 server error (500) or 403 error this error i see when i try login in account from android opera 47, cannot open account and sync data.

@spaceshipone Sync's been acting up again since I was having trouble signing onto my laptop with version 53.0.2907.68. I was eventually able to sign in after several tries without having to reset anything. I'd keep at it and hope it fixes itself for you like it did with me.

I have the same problem with both Opera for Android and Opera Mini. I tried to log in on different devices for months now, but it's still not working. If anyone could give me a hand with this I'd appreciate it.

it seems to me that we have to wait long for the opera (programmers) to come to this problem which is wrong and why it does not work.

I use Brave for these forums, today's websites authentication process is not really VPN friendly, I had all but forgot about Opera it's been 5 or 6 years since I tried it I'm just trying out the opera devs version and so far the speed, add blocking, stability is good (not talking about the VPN feature) the jury still out on that it does look promising

@captpete Two-month-old post found through a Google search, but here's what worked for me. I changed my email and password, then successfully logged into my Opera account on a Firefox browser on Windows. I then linked my Opera account and my Facebook account. Logging into the Opera browser app on Android using my linked Facebook account worked, but entering my email and password did not.
