@leocg Thank you. But that post also asked how do I go back and add tags to my thread. And I could not post again immediately to answer this, due to these stupid restrictions.

And, to make matters worse, there is no Opera installer available for download. I think I will stick with a superior borwser, like Google Chrome.

@leocg If it doesn't belong with an Opera for Windows forum, then I don't know where it belongs.

And I am tired of waiting to post this for 120 seconds. I have better things to do. Fix your browser and your forums!

@greenyellowred The restriction will not be changed, it's there to avoid flooding. Lots of forums have the same limitation.
