Transfer Opera Browser and speed dials/Bookmarks from a hard drive

Greetings. My old HP Pavilion laptop no longer works but I am able to see the data from the hard drive, through a device I use. Can someone tell me how I would transfer everything from my hard drive to my new laptop? What folder should I look for on my old hard drive when viewing it from the device I am using and what steps to transfer to my new laptop? I would greatly appreciate any help.
