Opera Vpn not working

Since yesterday the vpn hasnt been working
it says : "VPN is temporarily unavailable. Opera is resolving the problem"
i used 600mb of vpn, did i cross some limit ?
it had been working very well for past months
its not just me right ? its a server issue right ?
i tried installing the latest opera, still same issue
and now its even stuck with europe, when i open vpn, europe is the only location option shown(i choose europe once and closed vpn, its been like that after that)windows : 1803 - 64 bit
opera : 53.0.2907.68 -

@rak282 You need to check for at least two working days, in different times of the day, before opening this kind of topic.
If possible you should also check using a different computer and network/ISP. And don't forget the required steps.
By the way, VPN is working fine here.
