Player in Opera Beta looks like crap and does not work

Missing the volume control and I can not move video on the screen with the left button (only by clicking on the frame)

The problem with any video played in the default html5 player
Expected: Sound Adjustment Slider behavior the ability to move video on the browser window like Opera 53.0.2907.68 (see on screen)
