Hardened pop-up blocking - like Chromium

Some time ago Chromium hardened pop-up blocking. Surprising that Opera doesn't yet have it - as Opera's pop-up blocking is sloppy compared to other browser projects.

Opera's popup blocking seems good to me. I tried two popup testing sites, and got only two failures. With a total of more than 30 tests, I think that is pretty good.

@rudrick Opera was probably one of the first browsers to have a pop-up blocker and still has one, which seems to work fine.
If I understood correctly, Chromium's approach seems to be to open the pop-up 'minimized' so it won't interfere on user's browsing. May be interesting, as well as opening the pop-ups as tabs instead of windows.
