Surprising that Opera doesn't yet have it - as Opera's pop-up blocking is sloppy compared to other browser projects.</p>

<p dir="auto">If I understood correctly, Chromium's approach seems to be to open the pop-up 'minimized' so it won't interfere on user's browsing. May be interesting, as well as opening the pop-ups as tabs instead of windows.</p>

I tried two popup testing sites, and got only two failures.  With a total of more than 30 tests, I think that is pretty good.</p>
