Password Manager not working

Since the last upgrade, Opera is no longer offering to save passwords for me. There were certain websites before when it never offered to save passwords, or if it did, the password wasn't saved even if I said Yes, but now it doesn't seem to be offering to save passwords on any sites, even those it worked on before. This is quite an inconvenient issue. Can anyone help?

@si6776 Current beta is still 46 as far as I know.
