Opera stable 53 H.264/ MSE H.264 problem

I've searched so many fixes for h.264 in opera, but all of them are for linux.
So please, can someone help me with this?

@leocg The error message says that my browser doesn't support any of the video formats.Here's a picture of that:

Windows 10. But I already solved the problem, I needed to download a Windows video update for the 1803 version.
