Adobe Flash Player Update Problem for Mac

Hello. I am an iMac user. System MacOS High Sierra 10.13
My Opera version 52.0
I started to see a Flash Player Update pop up everyday in last week.
I click download button. But I cant see any Flash Player file downloaded.
This problem repeats itself very often.What should I do? How can I solve this problem? Please show me tried solve.

@erchan Where do you see that pop-up? At least on Windows, info about Flash updates are not given in or by Opera.
Did you try to download the Flash installer and run it?
