Change font colors in Opera 52

Is there some text file I can edit in the profile folder that will allow me to change the font color? I am thinking something like this.'

The dot is an asterisk.

That code works on Firefox. Will it work here?

@silverfox221 I don't you can do it in Opera. For sites there should be some extension.
