Opera Mail Black Screen

I suddenly received a small black screen when opening Opera Mail which says Opera needs to restart. On this screen is also: eg clicking on link, dragging an image etc is preferable. Also: If we may contact you for help. that is all and if I try to restart Opera I just get the same screen. I really don't want to have to set it up again as I had lots of trouble and several days work to get it to action correctly. It has now been working well for a couple of weeks until now. Any ideas anyone? Thanks

Close down Opera and delete autosave.win. It should be in "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Opera Mail\Opera Mail\sessions".
If that doesn't do it, close down Opera and rename operaprefs.ini in "C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\Opera Mail\Opera Mail".
That won't erase your accounts or anything like that. It'll just reset a few global settings. If that doesn't do it, download the Opera Mail installer, launch it, click "options", set "install path" to your existing Opera Mail install folder and choose to upgrade to repair Opera Mail's program files.

Absolutely brilliant thankyou.
The first two suggestions didn't work so tried the last and received an error code 72 which said Ignore or Close so I ignored and there it was. I just hope that ignoring doesn't have any later repercussions - we shall see. Thanks again
