Copy text, then, paste text, in touch screen mode.

I have a Surface Pro 2017 model and when I am in touch screen or tablet mode, I cannot touch and hold the screen for effective text copy/pasting. I do get the two blue highlighting brackets or dots, however, there is a dialogue box that looks like it wants to have terms in it, like copy, paste, select all, but there are no words in the dialogue box. Therefore, I do not know what field to press. I cannot copy/paste, select all in tablet mode. Any ideas?

@eljeffe58 In order to right click, you must long press the screen = you will touch the screen and hold your finger on it until a box appears..
When the box appears, you can remove your finger. This accesses the right click menu..
but i dunno why ya don't see the words..
