Changing font size in address bar - how to?

Hello,

I would like to change font size of address bar to a smaller one.
I know that in previous versions there was an option to do it :
Preferences > Advanced > Fonts.
However, this doesnt seem to exist anymore..

I thought that perhaps I can change it some way else, but I dont know how.
Is there any accessible way of doing it will I need some advanced tools?
