Opera Virus/Trojan Warning

Long time user and first time ever had a warning from my virus scanner for an Opera file. Seems to be associated with the bitcoin mining module. Should I be worried? or is it a false positive?

@gacornell As you can see in the picture, it's something in the cache, meaning that it's something from a site.
