cant sign into sync on tablet

kinda hard to explain but when i click on it to login, i cant click on the area to type my email and password in, its registering my clik and shows the blue pointer on it when i hold down but refuses to let me type in the fields.

win10 tablet, VISION004

Last time I had this issue, I ended up deinstalling and reinstalling Opera from Play Store.

It did not
I assumed by the title (tablet) that @Mukyuuhikuu was on an Android device.
