Opera capped at 60hz

For some reason, my opera-browser is limited to 60hz, whereas my primary monitor is running at 144hz.
How can I change that?

Hardware acceleration is disabled, if that makes a difference.

Chrome has the same issue, Firefox however runs at 144hz.

Monitor: Acer XF240H FullHD, 144hz
CPU: Intel i5-6600
GPU: 2x Rx480 in Crossfire
