Huge security/privacy problem: closed tab reopening in Opera restart.

My issue is that every time I use Opera I always, before closing, clear my browsing history etc. And lately, every now and again, maybe once every 3 uses, when I re-open Opera there is a tab fully restored, WITH THE HISTORY OF THAT TAB INTACT, that I had previously closed before clearing my history.

Firstly - What on earth is happening? And secondly - does any one else have this problem?

As you can imagine this is a massive security/privacy issue.

Closed tabs opening when Opera start is a somewhat old issue that seems to happen randomly.
