How to Recreate a precious speed dial from older synch bookmarks

Had to reinstall Opera. I synched and have the old bookmarks but I do not know how to get an "other" previous set into my current speed dial to restore what I had before. do I have to do it one-by-one?

I really did not know how to ask the question, How do you move an "Other Speed Dial" to the current Speed Dial without adding each one individually.

@mattygirl Select all, copy them and paste into the 'speed dial' folder.
