Define Profile Location without Command-line option?

Can I define a profile location through Opera? What's the "...\Data" directory used for since my profile's in "...\App\Opera\Profile\Data"?

You can use the standalone installation option in the installer. The profile will be wherever you install Opera. Opera won't be available as the default browser that way though.
