Preview pages missing the shuttle panel

When you open Opera recently, place some icons showing thumbs network. In general does not have a usual screenshots of pages, and there are only pictures of standard pages (Google, YouTube, etc.). Pressing the "Refresh" on the thumbs themselves not lead to nowhere.

It seems to be default Speed Dial and they are not screenshots. If you add one of the partners page to your SD you will get the logo and not the page screenshot.
