Opera refreshin desktop icons

Hi. I have a problem with Opera Stable v 52.0. When I lauch the brower , the desktop icons refresing , but when I use another brower like chrome, for exemple, nothing occours with desktop.

I posted the same problem. I have the same processor as you. I doubt anything we can do will fix it.
