Opera 52 (52.0.2871.40) Still Triggering UAC on Launch

As stated. Any idea if this is being addressed any time soon? Looking through the forums this has been around since at least O48 and it hasn't been taken care of. Every single startup of the program triggers a UAC prompt for no good reason.
If there isn't a fix on the horizon from the official team, how have others gotten around it?

Did you try a reinstall? I can't confirm the problem here.
