No Video, Black Screen and volume

I deleted Chrome for same problem and Opera has same trouble No picture on video screen just volume. Can download then play back on real player but not watch live. Edge and FireFox do not have the problem just Chrome and Oprea which are both Google Companies. What gives? Chrome is unable to fix and Opera appears to be in the same boat going by the complaints and people deleting the Chrome and Opera browsers. Went through all the Chrome fixes and they do not work, being another Google Company I won't try to fix this problem. Create an update for each browser and give it to us.
