Opera will not open

For a couple of months or so, usually after a long day using my computer, Opera will not open. If I restart the computer, all is well.
Today the problem began fairly early in my day. This is the second or third time that the problem happened early in the day. A restart solves the problem.
I would really like to get this matter solved! -

Hello -- I don't think you understand the problem. Opera DOES NOT open at all, all of a sudden, after heavy usage for the past 2 months! There are no Opera processes in my Task Manager -- it just does not open. Consequently, there's no way to delete extensions, etc. Please give an accurate response to the problem now that there's 2 of us in the past week has the same problem.
Do I need to reinstall it? Is there some debugging I can do? I'll try a restart even though I just turned on my computer, but that is not troubleshooting.
