Flash player blocked?

Starting April 1, 2018 I started getting a yellow popup in the address bar that says popup blocked. I've never seen this before and as I understand it, Opera doesn't use Shockwave or Adobe or Macromedia flash players. Can someone help please?

This is happening on certain Facebook pages for me as well. "Plugin blocked'. When I click it and try to tell it to run it does nothing. It seems to be blocking out my avatars on some games.

Make sure that you have latest version of PPAPI Flash installed. Also try to set the sites as exceptions in Flash section of Opera settings.

When this happens, you should get a "plug-in blocked" notification where you have the option to run the blocked objects. But, you have to run them each time the page loads. Whether you see a visual change on the page or not after choosing to run the objects, depends on what those objects do. They could just be some helpers for ads or something where you might not notice any change when they run.
Anyway, up until somewhat recently, Opera didn't have any UI to allow you to run those hidden objects where those objects would never run. Now (since 52.0.2864.0 I think), Opera has support for this.
I'm not seeing it on Facebook though.
